Cracked and Broken Blocks
We cut the damaged block out of the panel and set a matching replacement into the same course. The blocks around it stay where they are.

Seals Failing Around the Opening
The perimeter is where the panel meets the wall, and it's where most air and water movement starts. We strip the old sealant and reseal it.

Vents That Stick or Won't Latch
Hopper vents and dryer vent blocks wear out faster than the block around them. We service them and replace the unit when the frame is past saving.
