New Lenox Siding Installation

Not every siding job is a whole house.

Sometimes one elevation has taken all the weather and the rest has years left. Sometimes doing one wall is the expensive choice. We'll tell you which situation you're in before you commit to either.

One Wall or the Whole House?

Most siding calls start with one bad elevation. What happens next depends on three things.

  • Can the Color Still Be Matched?

New panels next to twenty-year-old panels rarely match, even from the same line. The old material has faded and the new hasn't. If the profile has been discontinued, matching stops being possible at all.

  • How Much Sun Does That Wall Take?

South and west elevations age faster than north and east. A worn south wall next to a sound north wall is normal, not a sign the whole house is done.

  • Is the Damage Local or Everywhere?

Storm damage on one side is a repair. Chalking and brittleness across every elevation means the material itself has reached the end, and patching it buys a season.

How We Replace Siding in New Lenox

Same crew, same standard, whatever the scope.

  • Working One Elevation at a Time

When we're doing part of a house, each wall gets finished before we move to the next. You're never left with an open elevation overnight.

  • What We Find Behind the Panels

Soft sheathing, old flashing that's failed, insulation that's slumped. We'll show you before it gets covered — that's the part you can't inspect later.

  • Trim, Corners, and Transitions

Where new siding meets brick, stone, or existing panels is the part that goes wrong. Corner posts, J-channel, and transitions get set so the seam doesn't read as a patch.

  • Sequencing With Other Work

If windows or doors are coming too, siding goes after. Doing it in the other order means cutting into new panels.
